LEXIS Levels

At Lexis we provide classes for students from beginner level to DELE superior. Before arriving in Malaga, we ask students to send us a level test so they can begin their classes with a group and material previously assigned. There are five levels which are divided into week-long sublevels.

Level A

4 weeks - Acquisition of the grammatical structures and vocabulary necessary to understand and be understood in practical everyday situations.

Level B

4 weeks - Knowledge of past tenses and Subjunctive in order to understand and talk about uncomplicated subjects with which the student is familiar. Introduction to Spanish culture.

Level C

4 weeks - Consolidation of Indicative and Subjunctive verb tenses to enable the student to communicate correctly in uncomplicated social and professional situations.

Level D

4 weeks - Consolidation of Indicative and Subjunctive verb tenses to enable the student to communicate correctly in uncomplicated social and professional situations.

Level E

4 weeks - Perfection of language to facilitate use of appropriate linguistic register and understanding of subleties and cultural references within any social or professional context.

In short, we enjoy seeing how, after the first tentative steps in our language, conversations develop, conversations which can express so much.
