Legal Spanish
Our specialised Legal Spanish course is suitable for Law students or professionals who require a good command of legal terminology and expressions in Spanish.
It comprises two 45-minute sessions per day in which students can follow either our basic study plan or a programme specially adapted to their individual needs.
- The basic study plan includes an introduction Spanish legal system, focussing in particular on the terminology and expressions used in civil and mercantile law. This programme is of two weeks' (or twenty classes) duration. The price of the course can be found in the annual list of Lexis fees.
- The specially-adapted programme is designed in consultation with the student once he/she has enrolled. The course fee may include a surcharge to cover the cost of any supplementary material required.
- Students of Legal Spanish at Lexis can also avail themselves of the services of our Translation Department (see dossier) for the translation of contracts or other documents from English, French or German into Spanish.
The Legal Spanish course may be combined with a General Spanish course for the number of weeks required.
